You don’t really notice how bad it’s gotten until you look at pictures. That was me. People around you will tell you that you look fine but you notice, especially in your face. That’s where it hits you first, then your neck then your stomach…and then before you know it you’re on Google trying to figure out how to lose 10 pounds in 3 days.
